Unmaintained levels of pH in your body can be fatal, and sometimes even deadly. When the blood pH is below 7.35, the body enters in an acidic state which can lead to cancer.
The normal level of pH has to be between 7.35-7.45 in order to remain in homeostasis. So, the main prevention of cancer is to keep your body in normal acid-base balance-homeostasis.
There are tests you can do to check your pH level and they can be purchased in your local med store. One of the tests is done by testing your saliva. For the results to be successful you shouldn’t drink nor eat anything for two hours. First, wash your mouth with your own saliva, and then swallow. Put the strip in the saliva. Afterwards, compare the results against to the color chart that goes along with your strips and establish your pH.
If your saliva’s pH is over 6,8 then your body suffers from excess gas, constipation and production of yeast, mold and fungus. If the saliva pH below 6.5 it indicates that the body eliminated them through the urine.
If you choose to take the urine test, then note that it is best done in the morning after you get up. Urinate on the strip and again compare the results with those on the guide kit. If the pH is below 6.5 it indicates on an overwhelmed buffered system and body’s fluids are too acid.
Unhealthy and fatty foods are one of the most common causes for acidic chemistry in our bodies, which increases the risk of many illnesses and even cancer.
The best way to balance your pH is to eat healthy and organic food, keep proper diets and learn which food is alkaline and which is acidic.
