This Diet Will Change Your Life – 15 Kg For 15 Days

Summer comes, so to feel free into your summer dresses, it is time to get rid of excess weight.

With this diet for 15 days you will lost 15 kg in healthy way.

The breakfast is the same throughout all 15 days and consists of 1 fruit (orange, peach, pear, watermelon, can’t be a banana or grapes) toast, a cup of unsweetened coffee or tea.

1 day

Lunch:

  • 1 orange
  • 1 boiled egg
  • 1 pot yoghurt

Dinner:

  • 2 tomatoes or tomato juice 2dl
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • 1/2 clove lettuce or cucumber
  • 2 pieces of toast

2 day

Lunch:

  • 1 orange
  • 1 boiled egg
  • 1 pot yoghurt

Dinner:

 

  • 125 grams of boiled beef
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 orange
  • 1 toast
  • 1 cup of tea

3 day

Lunch:

  • 1 orange
  • 1 boiled egg
  • 1 pot yoghurt
  • 1 lettuce or cucumber

Dinner:

  • 125 grams of boiled beef
  • 1 orange
  • 1 toast
  • 1 cup of tea or coffee without sugar

4 day

Lunch:

  • 125 grams of cow cheese
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 toast

Dinner:

  • 125 grams of boiled beef
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 apple
  • 1 toast

5 day

Lunch:

  • 200 grams of cooked meat or fish
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 toast

Dinner:

  • 1/2 kilo of cooked vegetables (carrots, potatoes or peas)
  • 1 boiled egg
  • 1 toast

* Meat and vegetables are boiled refine only with Vegeta.

6th and 7th day pauses not stick diet. During the diet should not drink alcohol.

After the 5th day the lost is approximately from 2.5 to 5 kg, and after two days of break diet is repeated 3 times (5 days + 2 days break) and lost 15 kg, with no effects on health.

Weight will not be refunded if after the diet eat normally, except Mondays.

Mondays

Breakfast: 1 cup of lemon juice without sugar

Lunch: 1 apple, 1 toast

Dinner: 1 boiled egg, 1 tomato, 1 toast
