This Breakfast Will Give You Tons of Energy

This refreshing green smoothie is both plant and fruit based.  It can be eaten on its own or paired with protein and fat to create a complete meal. Our green tea kiwi berry smoothie is a great substitute for some of the high calorie fruit and coffee smoothie served at your favorite coffee shop or fast food joint. These smoothies are made with fresh ingredients and have the sweet-tart taste of berries and kiwi. Best of all, the recipe is packed with the health benefits found in green tea.


  • 1 frozen banana
  • 4 frozen strawberries
  • 1 kiwi, peeled
  • 2 cups kale (organic), loosely packed
  • 1-1/2 cups green tea (home brewed…no sweeteners added)
  • 6 ice cubes


Blend all ingredients together on low speed, with a mixer or blender until smooth.
