Thinking That She Would Die, She Began Eating This And Lost Amazing 125 Kilograms

At the age of 35, Emma Sealey from Redich weighed 181kgs. She was so overweight she couldn’t even tie the seatbelt in her car and was convinced that she wouldn’t make it alive by the time she’s 40.

What led to her obesity was a painful moment in her childhood when Emma lost a close friend and found comfort in food. Lots and lots of food. In her later years when she realized that her obesity can be life threatening, she asked for help from her doctor and after many years she finally started changing her lifestyle.

Her close friends, relatives and doctors tried to convince her to implant a ring in her stomach, but she refused and decided to change things the natural way.

After consulting with some local advisers for body weight from Cambridge, Emma threw out all of her bad habits and completely replaced her unhealthy diet with a healthy one.

Before she started the changes, she used to skip breakfast, ate processed meat, cheese and chips with onion for lunch, and chicken with curry and rice with bread in the evening, while her favorite snack was chocolate. During her healthy regime she had her breakfast regularly – cereal with skim milk. Her lunch consisted of tuna sandwich with black bread and as for dinner she had boiled fish and fresh vegetables. She also replaced the chocolate with apples, pears, strawberries and oranges.

But not only did she changed her eating habits, Emma also started exercising with a personal trainer, and she went running and cycling when the weather was nice.

She started by gradually losing 6 kilograms a month and after two years of healthy lifestyle, Emma managed to lose amazing 125 kg and now weighs only 56.7 kg. She changed her clothes from size 36 to size 8.

Today she is very happy and proud of herself, and continues to enjoy life without being scared from any consequences or health risks.
