Trevor Smith was only 52 when he was diagnosed with bladder cancer stage T2a. This meant that the tumor had grown into the inner half of the muscle layer and many of the doctors told him he wouldn’t make it unless he choose whether to have surgery to remove his prostate, bladder and lymph nodes, undergo chemo, or chose radiation, but what they failed to mention is that even if he had decided to have surgery he wouldn’t live longer than 2.5 years.
Trevor’s wife wasn’t content with the choices her husband was given, so she decided to do a little research on her own. This is what she wrote in her post at Cure Your Own Cancer:
“Fear is a terrible thing, and fear is ripe when we hear the word Cancer. Our belief system does not have to be locked. We can open up our minds to think for ourselves, inform ourselves and learn to not just accept our ‘fate.’”
When the couple told the oncologist and urologist that they want to try out alternative treatments before they make a final decision, the doctors weren’t glad to hear it so they rushed them to rethink their choice and even scheduled a surgery.
But Carol and Trevor didn’t give up on their decision so they found a naturopathic doctor who monitored the blood tests and helped Trevor to correctly incorporate proper diet, supplements and vitamins.
Trevor started consuming Essiac tea as a supplement, a natural herbal treatment made from Burdock Root, Slippery Elm Inner Bark, Sheep Sorrel and Indian Rhubarb Root, he eliminated sugar, dairy, white flour, white potatoes, and all processed food completely from his meals and started eating fresh fruits and vegetables and very small portions of chicken and fish. He also started taking a detoxification supplement and DHEA (a hormone that comes from the adrenal gland), as well as big doses of vitamins C, D3, B17 and K2, and after watching the documentary about hemp oil, “Run from the Cure,” Carol decided to give cannabis oil a try as well.
Trevor told the Derby Telegraph that cannabis oil really paid off, because it helped him go into remission.
In her post, Carol adds:
“[It] is shocking that we are led to believe that there is no cure for Cancer; our story is living proof there is another way, and I am now consumed with only getting the word out that Cancer does not need to mean death.”
Later Carol wrote the book “Taking Control” based on their fight with cancer. She published the book under the pseudonym Alyssua Sade and called her husband Perry.
There are countless evidences of the efficiency of THC and other cannabinoids found in cannabis and their ability to destroy cancer cells.
In a 2006 study published in the British Journal of Pharmacology was discovered that THC can reduce the spreading of tumor cells in every case. This was also proven by Harvard scientists.
But besides all the evidences that the nature has given us a natural cure that fits exactly with our own immune system of receptors and signaling metabolites, in order to provide rapid and complete immune response for systemic integrity and metabolic homeostasis, there’s still a lot of work to be done in this field and currently, there is an ongoing research on the effects of cannabis oil and the process of gathering evidence will eventually show whether it can effectively reverse cancer effects.
