Today we will present you a great yoga pose that will help you if you have a bad body posture. It is called locust pose, or shalabhasana in yoga. It is excellent for your muscles, but consult your doctor before doing it.
Lie down with your face downwards and the forehead touching the floor. Then, stretch both legs and spread them hip-width apart.
Note that the body weight should be divided equally on the tops of your feet. After you do this, lift your body up as high as possible while keeping your head up. Elevate the head as you inhale, and lift the hands as you exhale. The hands should be near the body, with the palms faced downwards.
After that, lift the legs using your thigh muscles, and concentrate the weight on the lower ribs, pelvis, and abdomen. Hold the position for 10 to 60 seconds. Repeat 5-10 times.
