With the arrival of the first day of spring you want to lose the extra kilograms that we have accumulated over the winter, but who successfully was hidden under winter clothes. With spring comes the great part seasonal vegetables that you can enjoy without having to worry about entering many calories. They are the only things that you can eat in large quantities without having to worry that you will gain weight. Fresh salads and cooked vegetables combined with meats without oil, is a great choice for lunch. If you eat the salad as a starter, you will eat for lunch much less than the main dish.


Hot breakfast

Nutritionists advise that for breakfast you should always choose hot oatmeal instead of dry cereal. Oat flakes contain about 300 calories per 450 grams, while in most cereals have too much sugar. Breakfast rich in dietary fiber helps in reducing the risk of diabetes, heart disease and cancer.


Drink green tea

When we’re talking about drinks, discard all those drinks that contain sugars and replaced them with healthy fruit cocktails. Ideally, if you decide to regularly drink green tea because the ingredients of which it is composed encourage the body to burn calories and thus reduces body fat. But to be effective, you have to start walking often.


Treat yourself with chocolate

If the diet you fully cast those things that we often enjoy, then chances are that this diet will realize as a punishment and therefore you feel resistance, and after a while you will stop. In order not to happen freely occasionally treat yourself with a few cubes quality dark chocolate. It is not only allowed it is also desirable for this diet. Dark chocolate is full of antioxidants, reduces the risk of heart disease, diabetes, and lower blood pressure. It is also rich in iron, magnesium and calcium which are well known to raise the level of serotonin in the blood, and thus improve mood.



Keep in mind that you have to start with some exercise to have benefits from any diet. You don’t have to do intense and strenuous exercises, enough will be only 30-minutes daily walk in the fresh air.
