Scottish Dessert With Raspberries


This sweet cream dessert will win on the first taste.


  • 570 g. cream
  • 85 g. porridge oats
  • 7 tablespoons whiskey
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 450 g. raspberries


  1. Preheat the porridge oats in a pan and be careful to not burning.
  2. Mix sweet cream with a mixer and add porridge oats, whiskey, honey and raspberries and all that mix while to unite.
  3. Serve in glasses for dessert and add a few raspberries for decoration.
