This old Tibetan remedy cleanses the blood vessels, prevents cancer, stroke, angina pectoris, but also it rejuvenates the organism. It is recommended to drink on empty stomach for 25 days.
Preparation: For this remedy you will need 300gr. garlic and 1 kg lemon with peel. Ground both ingredients finely and put them in 1,5l of boiling water. Cover the container and put it on a low heat but not longer than 15 minutes. Then remove it from the cooker, and let the mixture to cool off. Then put it into a jar with a lid.
It is preferable to consume in the morning, and the recommended dosage is 0, 5 dl. After 10 days break repeat the procedure.
Sick people who have no signs of worsening of their health condition, after this dosage are not recommended to take medicines. But, this elixir can consume healthy people as well.
It is advisable at most 2 doses per year of 25 days, but with a 6 months break in between.
