Cellulite is a type of fat that lies just under the skin and is extremely difficult to remove once when it appear. However, there is an exercise that will be the best ally in the fight against cellulite.
Every day practice the following yoga position, even if you have no experience with this sport.
- Make a small step. Put your hands on your hips and right leg swing to the knee down and lift it back. With simple movements, push the heel to the ceiling 20 times.
- When you have finished with launching, with right hand to grasp right ankle. Pull the leg up, while well straighten upper body and lift the left hand in skyward. Stay in this position for 20 seconds and breathe properly.
- Return to original position and repeat the exercise with the other leg.
