The recommendation for this old Tibetan medicine is to drink 25 days on an empty stomach, and it cleans blood vessels, preventing heart attack, stroke, angina pectoris, and rejuvenates the body.
For this product you need 300 grams garlic and one kilogram of lemon with peel.
Both ingredients are chopped finely and put in a 1.5 liter boiling water. Match the bowl and leave on low heat for no longer than 15 minutes. Then removed from the oven, leave the mixture to cool and pour into a jar with a lid.
It is best to take in the morning and recommended daily dose of 0.5 deciliters. Take a break of 10 days, then repeat the procedure.
Sick individuals if they don’t have signs of deteriorating health after this dose should no longer take medication. However, this elixir can drink and healthy people.
Be advised up to two doses per year of 25 days, but between them have to make a break of six months.
