New Sour Milk Diet: 6 kg for 10 days

Sour milk normalize the work of the digestive tract, strengthens immunity, helps to expel toxins from the body, improves and activates metabolism.

This diet consist:

  • Sour milk 500 g per day
  • 300 g of fruit except bananas and grapes
  • 300 g of vegetables per day
  • Green tea, three cups per day without sugar
  • From 150 to 200 g of cooked meat – chicken, turkey, beef or fish.

Combine these products and create yourself diet agenda. This diet is very healthy, so there were no health hazard, as in some other diets for example.
