Morning Energy Bomb

Want a tasty and a nice breakfast, here’s a perfect proposal.

Necessary ingredients:

  • 2 small jars
  • 8 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 4 plums
  • 2 dried figs
  • Little cranberries or blueberries
  • 4 Brazil nuts
  • Palm plain nuts
  • 1 banana

Preparation:

Mix the yogurt with honey and fruit. Bold walnuts and chop the bananas on circles. Streak in weights optional yogurt, banana and other ingredients.
