Make Yourself: Protein Blocks With Turmeric For Better Immunity

You probably already know a number of benefits from the consumption of turmeric, but do you know how to add this one to the daily diet? Very easy. All you need is a little dried fruit and 10 minutes of free time. Here’s how to make a protein blocks of turmeric for strengthening the immune system.


  • 1 cup dried dates
  • 1 cup dried pineapple (finely chopped)
  • 1 1/2 cup coconut
  • 2 tea cups Indian nuts
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla
  • 8 tsp turmeric


  1. Mix all ingredients in a blender, keeping only 1/2 cup coconut.
  2. With wet hands, the homogenous mixture makes pellets or divides the mixture of four equal parts and makes the rectangular blocks.
  3. Coat the rest of the coconut and place in the fridge to solidify.
