- 3 branches of rosemary;
- 3 lemons;
- 250 g sugar;
- 1l water
Wash the lemon and dip it into water with 1 tablespoon of salt and 1 tablespoon of baking soda. Leave it for 24 hours, then wash it nicely. Put lemons cut into slices and rosemary in a liter of water and then let it boil.
Leave it boiling until the liquid evaporates in half, then strain it through a filter. After being strained, add sugar in the liquid and let it boil only until the sugar is melted, then leave it aside to cool and after that collect it in glass jars. This syrup helps the coughing up and boosts the immune system.
