For the first method you have probably heard, and maybe you’ve even practiced: Wraps with wine vinegar. This is probably the most efficient way. Compresses are placed on the hottest parts of the body – the forehead, abdomen and feet. They help to reduce the temperature as soon as possible.
The second method is – juice of two lemons with one or two tablespoons of honey. The juice is heated on the stove and it should be drink while it’s hot.
The third method is – a few egg white mix in a bowl. In this mixture is placed a cloth with which later rewinding feet. Then you have to wait a while. Some people examine this method, and claim that it start to act for ten minutes.
