How to Detox Each Organ To Never Be Sick or Tired Again

Today many people, even the young ones get ill from chronic diseases, cancer or autoimmune conditions.

Even though our body fights as much as it can against the illness and tries to expel the toxins through vomiting, diarrhea and fevers, it still has it weaknesses, hence leading to physical disorders and genes altering from environmental toxins, hormone disrupters, parasites, viruses, bacteria, Sugar, refined carbs and food-like products, pesticides, heavy metals etc.

Luckily, there are natural ways to detoxify your body, preventing diseases of any kind.

One of them is consuming only organic food and completely avoiding GMOs, wheat, gluten, soy, dairy, processed and fried foods. Also, you should avoid sugar, aspartame, MSG, trans fats, hydrogenated oils like canola or vegetable oil and excessive intake of caffeine and alcohol. Instead, replace them with fats like coconut, avocado, omega-3’s, olive oil or nuts and seeds, and probiotics. Alkaline diets can be of great help as well since they are low in sodium and high in potassium foods.

To cleanse your liver, use burdock root, dandelion root, milk thistle, beets, Jerusalem artichokes, garlic, turmeric or curcumin, fermented foods, and castor oil packs on the abdomen.
