All you have to do is press your tongue against the top of your mouth. Then, press a a finger between your eyebrows and hold it like that for 20 seconds. Your sinuses will eventually start to drain.

According to Lisa DeStefano, D.O., an assistant professor at the Michigan State University College of osteopathic medicine, this method causes the vomer bone, which goes through the nasal passages to the mouth, to rock back and forth.
