What food causes the formation of kidney stones?
Oxalates in combination with calcium and iron make crystals which are putted out through urine or remain in the kidney shaped large, claims compounds that block the renal duct. Foods rich with oxalates are peanuts, almonds, spinach, black tea, hazelnuts, soy milk, rutabaga, chocolate… Also if you suffer from kidney stone should avoid intake of salty foods rich in calcium, potassium and protein.

- 1 orange
- 1 apple
- 1 lemon
- 1 slice of watermelon
- 4 ice cubes
- Peel the orange and lemon, remove seeds and rind of watermelon and the rest fruits well wash and cut into cubes.
- Add ice and mix together until you get fluid without pieces.
NOTE: Juice drink it 2 times a day before meal!
The secret is in the combination of citrus that dissolve calcium, and watermelon which is excellent diuretic that cleanses the kidneys.
