What you need for the wrap:

  • Honey
  • Flour
  • Olive oil
  • A small amount of ginger powder (about a tablespoon)
  • Napkins
  • Adhesive tape
  • Gauze

Preparation process:

Start by mixing honey and a small amount of flour with some olive oil. Once they are mixed well, add ginger powder. Mix again, thoroughly, thoroughly and then transfer the mixture onto a clean napkin, wrapping gauze around it. Fix the gauze to your chest with adhesive tape.

For adults – keep the wrap overnight.

For children – keep the wrap no more than 3 hours.
