Fortunately, there is a way to sooth your stomach and it is by drinking turmeric milk.
This beverage has been a part of the Indian culture for thousands of years, promoted by the Ayurveda tradition and it has been taken by the Indians every time before bed, like Americans drink warm milk or hot chocolate.
