This beverage frees the body of excess salt, positively affects the overall health of the body. For this common folk remedy you need only two ingredients – garlic and red wine.
12 cloves of garlic cut into quarters. Put them in a jar and pour them with half a liter of red wine. Close the jar and put it on the light place for approximately two weeks.
Once – twice a day shake the jar.
After 15 days, strain the contents of the jar and refilling liquid into a glass bowl. Take this drink one teaspoon three times a day for about a month and will have the desired effects.
