Lemonade diet, which is also called “diet big scavenger” lasting 10-14 days. For two weeks, you can lose up to 9 kg. of excess weight. The basic principle of “lemonade” diet is cleansing the body of toxins and rapid weight loss.
Lemonade is prepared as follows: in a bowl with two liters previously boiled water drain juice of three lemons, add 14 tablespoons maple syrup and half a teaspoon of bitter red pepper and stir. This magical lemonade drink throughout the day in small sips every time you feel hungry.
Lemon juice as part of lemonade will help the body to get rid of fat and toxins, maple syrup will provide the necessary calories, vitamins and elements, and hot pepper will stimulate metabolism. Other drinks you enter during the day, including saline (salt on the tip of the knife into 2 dl lukewarm water) and green tea will help to increase cleaning of toxins from the body. In order to provide the necessary energy to the body, it needs to drink 8-12 glasses of lemonade per day, which is about 800-1200 calories.
In lemonade diet (great scavenger) is necessary gradual “entry” into the diet before starting the diet. Three days before the diet, replace all semi-finished products, and meat also with fresh fruit and vegetables. Two days before the start of the diet, it is necessary to specify only the liquid food and the day before the diet – all day drink only freshly pressed orange juice (at least 2 liters a day).
