As you may know, bananas are rich in potassium and magnesium, especially their peel. They relax the muscles and magnesium prevents sleep disturbances. Note that you must use only 100% organic bananas. Preparation takes only 10 minutes and you should consume it every night, an hour before you go to sleep.
You will need:
- 1 organic banana
- 1 small pot of water
- A dash of cinnamon (optional)
Cut off the ends of the banana, and place it, unpeeled, in the boiling water. Boil for 10 minutes, and strain it using a colander. Put the liquid in a mug and add cinnamon to enhance the flavor. Cheers!
