Astragalus- Herb That Stops Aging, Decomposes Cancer, Repairs DNA & Fights Type 2 Diabetes

The Chinese herbal medicine has been using Astragalus root extract for thousands of years for managing stress, upper respiratory infections and regulating the immune system. It’s been also known to increase the white blood cell count and stimulate the growth of antibodies, and create a resistance to both viruses and bacteria. Today, modern research confirms the health benefits of astragalus root extract.

Astragalus has the ability to protect DNA by protecting telomeres from degradation and increase longevity. Telomeres keep the DNA together while DNA replicates. Every time DNA replicates, the telomeres shorten a wee bit and eventually when they get small enough, the process of cell death begins, a process called “apoptosis.” This process is linked to aging and cancer.
