Vision problems affect millions of people around the world. As statistics show, 4 in 6 people will have vision problems eventually. One of the famous solution for this problem are laser surgeries as not everyone like wearing glasses or contacts.
The good news are that there are other ways to protect your vision. But first, you need to find the reason behind your vision problems – is it age-related or is it genes?
Nearsighted and farsighted.
For this exercise, you need to sit in your chair and make sure there is a wide open space in front of you.
First, focus on the object that surround you and then on objects that are far away from you. Switch your focus in 10 seconds. The exercise should last for 5 minutes.
This exercise is excellent for restoring your vision and strengthening your eye muscles. You may ask yourself, why is this considered an exercise as we blink all the time? Well, the real question is, how often do you blink?
Blinking prepares your eyes for new info, and the short period of darkness helps you process the things you see.
The invisible 8
Imagine that number 8 is in front of you lying on its side. Now, follow the imagined shape with your eyeballs for 5 minutes. Switch direction, and go for another 5 minutes. This is an excellent exercise for your eye muscles.
Cover your face
For this exercise, you should just cover your face, but do not press your palms against your eyes. Leave enough space to blink and watch in darkness. This will release stress and tension. Do this when working on the computer.
