“Parsley is a miracle. On Thursday I had 72 kilograms and two days later – 5kg less! It is not about weight, but the crowd fluids left the body. Now I feel super easy” recounts Ramiza.
Her recipe for parsley tea is very simple:
In 1 liter of boiling water put 5 tablespoons finely chopped parsley. The tea let stand 20 minutes, then strain and drink together with leaves if you do not mind.
“For tea parsley I decided due to problems with the kidneys. All advised me to drink bearberry but my situation did not changed drastically. I decided to replace it with parsley and I came to the incredible results”.
Parsley tea can be drunk hot or cold. You can drink at any time of day, except late at night so you do not get up at night with a desire to urinate.
NOTE: Consume a maximum of 1 liter of tea per day.
