Ingredients:

  • 1 small cup honey
  • 1 small glass of lemon juice
  • 5 to 7 radishes
  • 1 small clove red onion
  • 6 cloves garlic

Preparation:

  1. Mix the vegetables and cut them into quarters and put them in a blender.
  2. Then add the remaining ingredients and mix in blender again.
  3. Put the mixture in a jar and then put it in the refrigerator.

Using against sinus:

Adults can take two tablespoons per day. For children is recommended maximum of one tablespoon per day.
