Ingredients:

  • 200g chickpeas (cooked or canned)
  • 2 ripe tomatoes
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 200g cheese cut into cubes

For the salad dressing:

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • salt and pepper

Preparation:

In a bowl, mix all ingredients for salad. Pour the oil and lemon juice, than put salt and pepper and mix.
