- 1 cup dried dates
- 1 cup dried pineapple (finely chopped)
- 1 1/2 cup coconut
- 2 tea cups Indian nuts
- 2 tablespoons vanilla
- 8 tsp turmeric
- Mix all ingredients in a blender, keeping only 1/2 cup coconut.
- With wet hands, the homogenous mixture makes pellets or divides the mixture of four equal parts and makes the rectangular blocks.
- Coat the rest of the coconut and place in the fridge to solidify.
