Breakfast – tea without sugar.

Lunch – 200 grams of boiled beef and vegetables.

Dinner – Choose from dinner any day of the diet.

The second week of the diet again repeated in the same order. After the end of diet, continue as long as you can with a regime of Japanese nutrition.
