- 3 organic beets
- 2 organic onions
- 1 tablespoon organic coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon organic apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Himalayan sea salt
Start by peeling the beets and cooking them in water with a pinch of salt. After they’re done, chop them into small slices and put them in a bowl. Then, chop the onion and mix it with the beets, then add some coconut oil and vinegar and salt. Sprinkle the salad with some vinaigrette in the end and leave it for an hour.
After an hour, you can enjoy your salad. It will cleanse your colon and liver and improve your eyesight as well.
