Do perform the first exercise, lie down on your back and bend your knees, then lift your arms up and slowly lift your upper body while inhaling. Return to the starting position while you’re exhaling. Repeat 4 sets of 8 reps each.

For the second exercise, again lie on your back and slightly bend your knees. While lifting just your upper body, shift the view from the ceiling to the front. Return to starting position and repeat 3 sets of 10 reps each.

And finally for the third exercise, lie down [on your back] again and place your hands under your head and push your elbows as much as you can backwards. Being in this position, touch your left knee with the right elbow and vice versa. Repeat 3 sets, 8 reps each.
