This recipe with garlic has numerous medicinal properties.
For garlic have heard almost every single person in the world. There’s no doubt that the garlic is healing, but for what?
1. Against colon and stomach cancer
Studies have shown that regular intake of garlic reduces the risk of these cancers. We must note that supplements (capsules) with garlic extract were not effective as a raw garlic.
In one study of men from China who took garlic cloves every day had a 50% lower risk of getting prostate cancer. It’s not known whether the effect is same in men from the West.
2. Atherosclerosis (hardening of the arteries)
This disease is characterized by accumulation of fat, cholesterol and calcium on the arterial walls. If not detected in time it can lead to heart attacks and strokes. By eating garlic you can reduce the accumulation of these substances in the lining of the arteries.
3. Ulcers and fungal infections
Above, we noted just how healthy is the garlic and how much it affects on the body, so we decided to share this simple but perfect recipe which can be used for prevention, as well for treatment of diseases.
4. Hypertension (high blood pressure)
This is perhaps the most famous feature of the garlic. Studies have shown that taking garlic can reduce the blood pressure in people with hypertension for 7-8%. Garlic also lowers the blood pressure in people with normal blood pressure.
- 10 garlic cloves
- a small package of peppercorns
- one pound of honey
Peel the garlic cloves cut each in half so that the juice can drip out, put them in a pot and add honey (kept on room temperature)
To this add the peppercorns.
Leave the mixture to stand for five days before consuming. Consume 2 tablespoons every morning on an empty stomach. When consuming also take from the half-cut garlic cloves and the peppercorns.
