Get Rid of Underarm Flab and Back Bulge in Only 3 Weeks With These 4 Quick Exercises!
Something that all of women absolutely hate is back bulge and underarm flab. Having them is especially an issue when putting on a bra. The best way to get rid of this stubborn fat is to do the 4 exercises we’re going to mention below.
They can be done at home by rubber banding, tubing, using a band with handles, hand weights or just moving your hands only.
The exercises are:
- Push and touch
Use hand weights or even a band if you have. Start by stretching your arms and lifting them overhead from the resting position on the sides of your body. While you stand with your stretched arms on the sides, palms facing forward, lift them to the shoulder level simultaneously than over your head, and then bring them back in position. Do 3 sets with 6 repetitions with each hand.
- Elbow kiss
Start by spreading your arms on either side at the level of your shoulders with the palms facing up. Then, fold them at the elbow to make a ninety degrees angle upwards. While they are in this position, swing the hands so that they close in at the elbow with forearms touching on the sides. Return the arms to their initial position. Do sets of three, each 10 repetitions.
- Bent-over circular row
Spread your legs shoulder-width, then bend forward (ninety degrees) and move the dumbbell towards the opposite hand using each hand at a time. Then, lift it up, and move it towards the chest and the back to the extended position in a circular motion. Do three sets of 10 repetitions each.
- Crisscross reverse fly
Position your legs like in the previous exercise. You can bend your knees to gain stability and then bend forward at the waist, no more than 90 degrees, so that your head faces down. Hold the hand weight or dumbbell on each hand bent at the elbow and while palms face towards each other, and then slightly lower than your shoulders or raise your hands to the level. Do three sets each 10 times.
You should keep in mind that the fat won’t magically disappear after one session. You must be persistent, willing, and patient and you will need a lot of commitment, discipline, and consistency for this to work.
