Immediately after getting up drink a glass of water – every day.

First day:

Breakfast: a cup of tea without sugar, 300 ml yogurt.

Lunch: a bowl of vegetable soup, 300 ml yogurt

17 pm: 300 ml yogurt and fruit as desired – bananas, apples, strawberries, peaches…

Dinner: vegetable soup and 300 ml yogurt.

Before going to bed (valid for all days) – a cup of tea without sugar and three dried plums.

Second, third, fourth and fifth day:

Breakfast: a cup of tea without sugar, 300 ml yogurt + dietary wholegrain cereals, about three tablespoons.

Lunch: a bowl of vegetable soup, 300 ml yogurt, fruit taste.

17 am: a cup of tea without sugar, fruit taste, 300 ml Lenten yogurt.

Dinner: Fish ready to taste, green salad with one tablespoon of butter and a glass of juice without sugar, an integral baking.

Note: For five days you can lose up to 3 kg.
