How to prepare golden milk

The method of reparation is quite simple; you only need the ingredients listed above. You can use other types of milk, except dairy as it is the leading cause of irritable bowel syndrome, eczema, acne, and allergies.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • A small piece (about a quarter to a half-inch wide) of fresh ginger root, peeled and minced
  • Pinch of black pepper

Optional:

  • Half a teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon honey

Just blend everything together, and then put the mixture in a saucepan to warm it for about 5 min.

Consume it either upon waking or before going to bed.
