  • 1 cup fresh, chopped pineapple
  • 80 grams organic gelatine
  • A small amount of fresh crashed ginger root
  • Freshly squeezed lemon juice from 2 lemons
  • Freshly squeezed orange juice from 1 orange
  • 40gr. crushed almonds
  • 40gr. raw honey
  • 7gr. cinnamon
  • A cup of water

Directions:

Start by adding the ginger to the water and leave it to boil for 10 minutes. Then, blend the lemon juice, gelatine, almonds, pineapple juice, honey, and cinnamon well, and then add the boiled ginger water to this mixture. Blend once more.

Use:

Consume it every day in order to soothe the pain in the joints. You can also drink it as a cold drink if you add ice cubes to it.
