The 8-hour diet is a plan for weight loss to David Zinchenko and Peter Moore. It has appeared relatively recently, so everyone started to try out how it works.
This diet says that everyone can lose at least 4 kilograms a week and you can eat everything you want.
What is the secret?
You can eat only at intervals of exactly 8 hours and beyond this interval you should not eat.
There is a cycle in the day when you eat, and people usually choose one from 9.00AM to 5.00PM, although fully effective is the one from 10.00AM to 6.00PM.
The interval can be customized according to your daily activities, but you should strictly obey it.
The diet should be practiced three times a week, and step by step you should get up to 7 days a week.
How much you should eat?
In this diet there is no forbidden food, but this should not be a reason to overeat. The only exception is the sweet alcoholic or soft drinks full of sugar.
Unlike other diets, in this one you can have snacks between meals.
Plus, the authors of this diet recommend at least 8 minutes of any physical activity during the day.
