Vertical Leg Crunch

Lie down on the ground and put your hands crossed behind your head, extend your legs vertical in the air until you feel that your stomach is tightened.

Then begin to lift your upper body forward, this exercise is for the abdominal muscles, and you should do 3 sets of 10 exercises.

Up And Down Planks

Stand in the original position for push-ups, and then get low from one hand to another as it is shown on the photo.

When you get down on the one hand, hold the position for a minute, do the same with the other hand, repeat the exercise in 3 sets of 10 exercises that strengthens your chest.

After doing this exercise, do 10 push-ups original.

Side Kick Squats

For starters heat your body with ten squats, and then stand upright with legs spread and kick you’re your legs sideways as pictured.

Do the kicks slowly and feel how your legs and buttocks are tightened. Do the exercise in 3 sets of 10 exercises.
